LOCATIONS

The Hôtellerie de plein air BO (HPAB) is a new growing project. As of now, 2 chalets are available at Location 1 (along the L'Assomption River) and a first phase of 4 chalets is under development at Location 2 (expected delivery date: July 2024).
In total, the HPAB project intends to have 17 chalets in its territories of St-Côme, Qc.

LOCATION 1 - 130th avenue, St-Côme, Qc. J0K 2B0

The FOXY and the BUFFLE are the first chalets to emerge. Currently available for short-term rental, they are located on a mountainside land, along the Assomption River. Each chalet offers direct access to the river.

LOCATION 2 - rue des Victoires / rue de la Paix St-Côme, Qc. J0K 2B0

Location 2 - The next planned development phase consists of the addition of 4 chalets similar to the FOXY and BUFFLE . The beginning of the rentals of these 4 new upcoming chalets is scheduled for July 2024. From these new chalets, some will accept pets :-)
A common area will also be set up to add outdoor activities and access to the river. (accessible for travelers from the 2 locations of HPAB.
