and reservation policies

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES

Arrival time: 4:00 p.m.
Departure time: 11:00 a.m.

Please respect these hours as we must clean and maintain our properties between our travelers' visits.  A code for the keys will be emailed to you 5 days before your stay (once the entire reservation has been paid).

PAYMENT

PAYMENT METHOD: All reservations are payable by credit card, through this website. 

METHOD OF COLLECTION:  When making a reservation, 50% of the total amount will be charged at the time of booking.  The balance for the other 50% will be pre-approved on your credit card and 7 days before your arrival this balance will be debited (the other 50%).  *If your reservation is concluded within 7 days before your arrival (check-in), 100% of the amount will be charged when booking. The total amount includes all applicable taxes.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:  From the date of your departure from the accommodation (check-out), a deposit of $ 200 will be pre-authorized on your credit card as a security deposit (not charged). Four days after your departure, if the accommodation has been left in good condition, without damage, the funds will be released, without traces on your credit card statement.
CANCELLATIONS

A- In the event that you wish to cancel your reservation, you have 48 hours to proceed with the request. An administrative fee of 5% of the total stay will be non-refundable.

B- If you have to cancel your reservation more than 48 hours after the date of your online reservation (but more than 7 days before the start of your stay), the first payment of 50% of the entire reservation will be withheld (loss of your deposit) and you will be paid the remaining 50%.

C- If you must cancel your reservation less than 7 days before your reservation, no reimbursement for accommodation costs will be issued to you. The cleaning costs will be reimbursed.

** IN CASE OF CANCELLATION DUE TO THE PANDEMIC AND / OR DUE TO GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS, YOU WILL RECEIVE CREDIT FOR A LATER DATE. **
HOUSE RULES

- No party (no gatherings)
- No shoes inside 
- No disrespect for nature and the surroundings 
- Do not pollute 
- No smoking 
- No animals 
- Do not move the furniture  (sofa, TV, BBQ, outdoor fireplace ...)
- Do not disconnect the Netflix account. Use ours. (Smart TV only, no cable)
MUNICIPAL BY-LAWS

It is forbidden to:
- Cause noises likely to disturb the tranquility of the neighborhood (at all times);
- Make noise outside between 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
- Use fireworks;
- Use a personal or rented boat (rowboat, canoe, kayak, pontoon, etc.) on the river. * Potential cross-contamination of bacteria and algae ;
- Set up a tent, trailer, tent trailer or any other recreational vehicle on the property.

** Failure to comply with these rules is punishable by a maximum fine of $ 2,000 **
